For as long as I can remember, I have loved food. I love to eat, I love different flavors and textures, I love trying new things. I am not one of those dainty eaters who picks at my plate, I can put away mass quantities of food and foodlike substances. Unfortunately, food has never loved me back. This blog is about my journey to figure out why food hates me, and figuring out how to get my body and my food to be friends using diet, natural healing, and faith in God.
